Situation

Brenmoor Logistics runs forty trucks across the region. Customers paid in seventy-one days on average, fuel and drivers were paid weekly, and the overdraft grew every quarter even though the order book was full.

Work

Linnea mapped the whole invoice path from delivery note to payment and found three places where bills waited. She rewrote the payment terms, set a weekly collections routine and negotiated a short-term facility for the gap.

Result

Average collection time fell from seventy-one days to forty-one. The company released €1.9M of cash and repaid the overdraft in full within the year.

The numbers

  • 30 days Faster collection, from 71 to 41
  • €1.9M Cash released
  • 14 weeks Project length

Customers now pay us thirty days sooner. That freed almost two million euros and paid for the engagement many times over.
